This package includes a custom-made case, designed to provide high-quality protection and ensure secure transport of your CO2GUN II. Additionally, it comes with a CO2 Bottle to Hose Connector for a secure, reliable, and efficient connection to your CO2 system, featuring a quick connector for added convenience. The durable hose, engineered for safe and efficient liquid CO2 delivery, includes a male to female connector for easy setup and reliable performance.

CO2 gas is not included and should be sourced from your local specialist stockist.

BOOKING

Booking is available in 5-day blocks, including the day of delivery and return. Please note that hire orders placed after 12:00 PM on weekdays or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Information

Delivery Timelines:

We are attempting to deliver within 1-3 working days on average. It is recommended that you allow up to 5 working days for any orders. We strive to deliver all hired products within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout. However, delivery times are approximate and subject to change based on factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses or inconvenience caused due to delayed deliveries.

Delivery Fees:

All delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas. These fees are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched. We will issue a free return label as standard unless you choose collection and return in person.

Product Condition Upon Delivery:

We take every precaution to ensure products are in good working condition when they leave our warehouse. All devices are quality controlled and inspected before a new hire. However, please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us of any issues (such as damage or missing parts) within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in being held liable for any damages or issues.

Delivery Attempts:

We will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed after these attempts due to incorrect information or customer absence, the customer may be responsible for additional fees associated with re-delivery or cancellation of the hire agreement.

Liability:

Once the products have been delivered and accepted by the customer, liability for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer. Customers are advised to ensure proper care and safe storage of hired products during the rental period.

Returns and Collection:

At the end of the hire period, customers are responsible for making the products available for collection. Any delays in returning the products beyond the agreed hire period may result in additional charges. Please package devices in their originally supplied case and box, tape up and apply the issued, self adhesive returns label. Please note that all returns must be deposited at an appropriate drop off point.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

Couriers Used:

We will deliver via Evri or DPD or DHL. We will issue tracking numbers with which you will be able to trace any activities online via a self-service website.

HIRING PRODUCTS

What is included when I hire a confetti gun?
The hire includes the gun, a battery and the case. Confetti shots are NOT INCLUDED and can be purchased separately from us.

What is included when I hire a CO2 gun?
The hire includes the gun itself, the case, hose and hose connector. CO2 gas is NOT INCLUDED and can be purchased from a local specialist.

Do I need public liability insurance to hire the equipment?
Yes, to hire our confetti guns or CO2 guns, you are required to have valid public liability insurance. This is essential to cover any accidents or damages that may occur during the use of the equipment. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to upload a copy of your public liability insurance. We will verify the insurance after completing your order. If we find your public liability insurance is not valid we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the money minus the processing fees.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during hire?
If the equipment is damaged during the hire period, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs, depending on the extent of the damage. We recommend ensuring proper use as outlined in the instructions provided.

How long can I hire the equipment for?
We offer our equipment for hire in 5 day blocks. There is no limit on how many blocks you can purchase.

What happens if I miss the return deadline?
If the hired equipment is not returned by the agreed date, additional hire charges will apply. Please contact hire-support@cuddlecreativeworks.com if you anticipate any delays in returning the equipment.

DELIVERY

Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery to your location from our factory in Birmingham. Delivery costs vary based on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

Can I pick up the equipment directly from your factory?
Yes, you can choose to pick up the equipment directly from our factory in Birmingham. Please ensure you bring proof of ID and your booking confirmation when picking up.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. You will see the exact delivery fee during checkout before completing your purchase.

Which couriers do you use?
Pending some variations, we are using DPD couriers.

How do I return the equipment?
We include a return label with each hire purchase. Use the original packaging, tape up securely and attach the label. The parcel must be dropped off at a drop off point near you.

If returning to the factory, use the original packaging and tape up securely. Our opening times are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Where do I find my local drop off points?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Are confetti and CO2 guns safe to use?
Yes, our confetti and CO2 guns are safe when used according to the provided instructions. Always ensure that you are firing the guns in a clear area of sufficient size, away from people and obstructions.

Can I use confetti guns indoors?
Yes, confetti guns can be used indoors as long as the space is appropriate for their use. Ensure that the ceiling height is suitable, and that no sensitive equipment or decorations could be damaged by confetti.

Do I need special training to operate a confetti or CO2 gun?
No special training is required, but we provide a detailed instruction manual with each hire to ensure safe and proper use of the equipment.

How do I clean up the confetti after my event?
For indoor events, a vacuum cleaner or broom should be sufficient. For outdoor events, biodegradable confetti will naturally decompose, but can still be cleaned up manually.
