In our workshop, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our processes with high-tech solutions. With that in mind, we now work with a range of gadgets including 3D scanners, printers, and laser cutters. Paired with our old-school model-making skills, we’re always adding new strings to our bows and making things even more impressive with every project.

Our carpentry shop is home to some of the best craftspeople around. They work with all sorts of materials like glass, wood, and high-pressure laminates to create amazing pieces.

We team up closely with designers and project managers to tackle tricky build challenges, delivering awesome products every time.

Cuddle Creative Works has one of the most flexible and productive metal fabrication setups around. Our talented team can create anything from decorative pieces to large steel frameworks. We like to think of our metalworkers as more than just fabricators – they’re artists!

We’ve got the gear to shape just about any material into any form. Our 3-axis machine handles everything from tough metals to delicate foams. For more intricate shapes, our 5-axis machine gives us the flexibility to work with materials like polystyrene. And our 7-axis Kuka robot takes precision to a whole new level, creating detailed work that really stands out.

Our sculpture team is fantastic at creating lifelike busts of iconic characters and creatures. We use a mix of modern techniques like CNC machining, 3D printing, casting, and traditional clay sculpture to bring these figures to life with amazing detail.

The Cuddle workshop team have buckets of experience making complex moulds for detailed GRP pieces.

We like to mix the tried-and-true traditional methods with modern techniques like rotacasting, which gives us brilliant, lightweight, and hollow 3D castings that we can repeat easily. This quick and efficient process saves time and money, and we pass those savings on to our clients.

Our technicians handle all sorts of coatings and composites to finish elements of any size quickly and precisely. From pure polyurea and hybrid polyurethane/polyurea mixes to eco-friendly options like Jesmonite, we make sure every detail is just right.

Our scenic finishers are masters of painting and crafting. Whatever look you’re dreaming of, our amazing team has the creativity, tools, and skills to bring it to life, ensuring every detail comes out looking perfect in the final product.

Working with some great partners, we use the latest electronic engineering tech to bring our models to life. From concept to development, we handle everything in-house, using electronic, robotic, mechatronic, servo-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to add movement to our creations.

Our installation team handles projects of all sizes, both in the UK and abroad. They use their skills to make sure everything turns out great.
